*Member rates are for American Solar Energy Society (ASES) or the International Solar Energy Society (ISES) Corporate, Small Business, Contributing or Non-Profit Members and national members of Solar Energy Industries Association only, OR for SOLAR TODAY advertisers (minimum ad reservation – three ½ page insertions). In order to guarantee exhibit space, your reservation and fifty percent deposit must be included with your exhibit space application. Once your application and deposit are received, you will be sent a confirmation. The Exhibit Service Kit will arrive by May 31, 2005 . Full payment is required by July 1, 2005 . Space costs must be paid in full before installation of the exhibit space will be permitted. If the exhibit space is booked during the 30 days prior to the Conference, payment in full is due at the time of the contract. Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes: 8’ high back drape, two 3’ high side drapes, one 7” x 44” one-line identification sign, two side chairs and one 6’ table (or optional 8’ table), general illumination, listing in the Conference program and one complimentary 2005 Solar World Congress Registration. Up to three other persons may receive “Exhibition Hall Only” passes for each booth purchased. Exhibitors are responsible for additional furniture, electricity, carpeting and drayage. We accept checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. There is a $25 bank fee for any returned checks. All booths are assigned by ASES on a first-come, first served basis.
